I went in for the bundled $200 treatment at Painsmith and came out really impressed. The bundle includes a few different services, and honestly enjoyed every part of the session. The bone-setting was one of the biggest highlights for me. I’m someone who always feels the urge to crack my own neck, so having a professional do it properly felt incredibly relieving — like a huge amount of tension just lifted.

I was most curious about bekam since it was my first time trying it, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Mr Ahmad explained the whole process clearly and even showed me the results of the cupping afterward, which I found really reassuring and interesting. I walked away feeling lighter than usual.

The heated scraping massage turned out to be surprisingly relaxing. I was a little skeptical because of the branding, but it ended up being genuinely calming. The full-body deep tissue massage (with head and foot included) really showed how experienced Mr Ahmad is — he pinpointed all my problem spots immediately from just a quick check, and he was completely accurate. The assisted stretching afterwards helped me feel more flexible than I usually am. As someone on the heavier side, I normally feel stiff, but this really helped loosen things up.

What I appreciated most was how comfortable Mr Ahmad made the entire session. He’s kind, patient, and humble, and he speaks very gently. I’m usually very body conscious and uncomfortable taking off my shirt, but his professionalism made a huge difference and put me at ease.

The space itself is also very nicely done — clean, smart, and thoughtfully decorated. There’s a cosy lounge area, and even inside the massage room there’s a small lounge chair. It all feels intentionally designed and aesthetically pleasing.

Overall, the $200 bundle was absolutely worth it. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for solid, professional treatment in a comfortable setting.
